Inspiration
I was always, reading about something on webpages and sometimes and didn't understand something or wanted a quick summary for it, so i had an idea of without leaving the webpage with just a click of a button, i wanted to get small summarizes of the text.
What it does
So, i created Sumify. 1)This summarizes your highlighted text with just a click of a button. 2)This summarizes the entire webpages content with just a click of a button, to get the jist of the entire webpage.
How we built it
1)Gemini API: To generate the content summaries, we integrated Gemini’s language. 2)Chrome Extension: We developed a Chrome extension with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

1)Handling large amount of texts. 2)Making a Good User Interface

What's next for Sumify
1)Multi-language summaries. 2)Adding a Question and Answer section. 3)Advanced summarizations, like changing the length of the summary or summarizing in other languages.
