As a student, I always found it frustrating to write summaries from sometimes large textbooks, with several chapters and sections. I always wanted ways to automate the process. That is where my inspiration comes from. I want to make it easy for students to learn, without having to worry about easily automatable and repeatable tasks.

So that is where Sum-It-Up comes in. Sum-It-Up is your go-to interactive learning experience tool that transforms lengthy user input into concise, bite-sized key points. Whether you’re a student, professional, or lifelong learner, Sum-It-Up streamlines information, making it easy to grasp and retain.

Here’s how Sum-It-Up works: Users simply provide their text input, whether it’s an article, research paper, or even a conversation transcript. Built using AWS PartyRock, I could create Sum-It-Up's features by providing a prompt that turned the app into a workable model.

The only challenge was to reword some of the widgets for the intended output.

It was quite interesting to see how an app and logic could be built using generative AI
