Inspiration

Combing Web App and AIOT to produce AI driven sleep tracking and sleep onset through climate control

What it does

Suite Sleep allows users to track their sleep pattern and metrics which allows our AI to calculate their ideal sleeping environment and sleep needs which is translated to our electronic climate control system to provide you with the sweetest sleep. With each sleep, your ideal aircon temperature, light level, background noise is calculated real time and prepared for you next night of rest. Suite Sleep also ensures you have enough rest and sleep quality, combating sleep debt and deprivation.

How we built it

We harnessed the power of ESP-32's sensors and Rainmaker cloud to power our sleep tracking web app which was developed using NextJS

Challenges we ran into

Setting up the API endpoints and connecting hardware to software was initially tough but we managed to pull through

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to be able to retrieve real time data from our ESP-32 to generate AI insights to achieve climate control

What we learned

We learned many new things especially when it comes to harnessing the power of hardware making our web apps so much more powerful

What's next for Suite Sleep

Sleep suite has endless possibilities for smart home integration including AC control, Ambient Noise Playback, allowing for more precise control of your sleeping environment and metrics
