Inspiration

Starting a business is overwhelming especially for first-time founders. While there’s no shortage of advice online, most of it is scattered, vague, or overly complex. We wanted to create a centralized, structured, and actionable roadmap tailored to aspiring entrepreneurs. A tool that removes the guesswork, builds confidence, and turns big ideas into real businesses faster.

What it does

Strivio is an interactive web application that provides a step-by-step success roadmap for entrepreneurs. From validating an idea to building an MVP, launching, and growing, the app guides users through each phase with:

• Milestone-based modules
• Interactive checklists
• Educational resources
• Templates and tools
• Personalized progress tracking
• A completion certificate to showcase your progress

How we built it

We built Strivio using bolt.new for rapid prototyping. With simple visual tools and prompt-based development, we were able to focus on the user journey without getting bogged down in code.

Challenges we ran into

One major challenge was deciding how much content to include per module—too much overwhelms, too little underdelivers. Balancing depth with simplicity took iterations. Another challenge was structuring the roadmap to fit many types of entrepreneurs, from solopreneurs to SaaS builders, while maintaining a general-purpose flow.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We’re proud that Strivio makes the startup process less intimidating. The structure we’ve created empowers users to take consistent action. Feedback from early testers highlighted how easy it is to follow, and how motivating it feels to see tangible progress on their entrepreneurial journey.

What we learned

We learned that simplicity is powerful. Most entrepreneurs don’t need complex frameworks they just need clarity, direction, and encouragement. We also learned how valuable even a lightweight MVP can be when paired with thoughtful design and structure.

What's next for Strivio

• Integrating mentorship matchmaking (connect with experienced founders)
• Adding AI-powered suggestions based on the user's current stage
• Building a community forum
• Partnering with accelerators and incubators to offer Strivio as an onboarding tool
