Topic: Climate Change Target: People within the community. Problem Statement: Every day, we generate many food wastes. Maybe, the item we bought has expired or no longer fresh because we didn’t manage to cook it. Or, we bought more than we need or cook more than we can finish. This deprived other people from having them while we waste previous resources. Solution: Create a platform that allows people to donate their excess perishable, non-perishable or daily necessities that they no longer need. By default, user will be able to see posts in their area, but filter options are available to show posts from other area. Approach: A mobile application for easy viewing, uploading post that include: photos, conditions, shelf- life/expiry date, latest date to collect and an option to contact the poster through the application.
