I was getting a subscription and then I thought about that fact I had forgotten about a couple from a while back that I was paying for

It is a website that is very easy to use that you can log in to from anywhere to easily keep track of your subscriptions it will also send you an email if a subscription is about to run out

I built it using react as the front end and firebase as a database I used auth0 to allow easy login and python in the back ends to calculate numbers and for future expansion

I have never used react before so this was a completely new experience to me and I ran into many issues that had me stuck for hours. a big issue was auth0 was returning an undefined user stopping me from giving content on the website as well as firebase was very hard to get working as a lot of the resources were outdated

when I went to my first hackathon our downfall was firebase for the life of us we could not get it to work and I extremely excited that I was able to get it to work this project

I now know what to make responsive websites and how to use firebase as a database

I am hoping to allow editing as well as creating a more refined UI as well as add an automatic email sender
