A responsive web application to automate the Training & Placement Officer and track student's record to upskill them.

The main idea behind developing 'The Placement Office Software' is to minimize the cumbersome Campus Recruitment Training and the placement process. The current procedure followed by the Placement Office members and the department-specific coordinators is highly complex due to which there are a lot of computational errors as it is manual work and also results in high time consumption.

To resolve this issue 'The Placement Office Software' was developed. It is purely a student-centric software development project which targets to automatically compute the tasks.

The following are the objectives being fulfilled by our software:

  1. To develop a mobile cum web application to track student count based on eligibility criteria
  2. To upload/update student data based on the latest exam results
  3. To send custom emails to the companies inviting them to conduct drives
  4. To send custom emails to eligible students notifying them about the drive
  5. To maintain a separate database to store the shortlisted candidates' data specific to the company
  6. To check if the placed candidate can appear for further drives according to company criteria

Subhagacha - Time management and productivity tool targets to upskill the students by suggesting them resources to upskill themselves and the recruiters can have a track of students with technical skills based on their public profile.
