Inspiration
To avoid spam and highlight the important events happening in and around the campus. Also, it serves as a communication bridge between different communities on campus.
What it does
Our platform provides an online space for communities and individuals to interact and share ideas (or maybe problems)
How we built it
We hard-coded it in pure HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript and built it from scratch. #ANewKindofEngineer
Challenges we ran into
We had no prior knowledge of Web Development or any other frameworks that would make our lives easier. Also, it was challenging to choose our tech stack.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We successfully built a basic web application for giving an online space to communities and individuals of plaksha.
What we learned
We have become proficient in static web pages created using HTML, CSS, and JS. During the event, we learned how to increase our productivity and learn at a faster rate.
What's next for Styx
The next task will be to make it a more responsive, dynamic, and personalized web /mobile application for every educational institute like Plaksha.
