Save anything. Find it fast. Reuse it anywhere. Stuff turns links, notes, files, and media into a private, searchable library on Mac, iPad, and iPhone, with on-device intelligence and iCloud sync.

Inspiration

Useful things are scattered across screenshots, links, files, notes, and recordings. Saving them is easy; finding the right detail later and putting it back to work is harder. RevenueCat’s Shipaton 2026 Productivity Challenge described a frustration we already wanted to solve. Stuff brings those materials into one private library built around a simple workflow: save, find, reuse.

What it does

Stuff is a private content library for Mac, iPad, and iPhone. Save text, images, screenshots, PDFs, Word documents, links, files, and voice notes by pasting, dragging, sharing from another app, or choosing from Photos and Files. Items are saved before background processing begins.

  • Save: Explore your library in Universe, group project materials into Spaces, and connect items with tags.
  • Find: Use Quick Find for saved items and actions, or search inside documents, images, scans, and voice-note transcripts with natural language or exact text. Inspect matching excerpts before opening an item.
  • Reuse: Copy useful values such as emails, phone numbers, addresses, dates, and booking references with their source attached. Pin frequently used details and revisit recent copies.
  • Repeat: Turn Markdown notes into reusable reply templates with typed blanks. Fill them in, review, and copy or share the result.
  • Connect and present: Explore tag relationships in Graph, present a saved PDF, or turn photos in a Space into a deck.

How it works

OCR, extraction, semantic search, transcription, and optional intelligence run on the device. The library syncs through iCloud when available, while downloaded models and search data stay device-local.

Optional public-link reading sends a public page URL to Mobeera’s reader service to turn the page into searchable text. This can be switched off. Our privacy policy explains connected services, subscriptions, and model downloads.

Design challenges

Stuff brings different kinds of content into a shared workflow without making organization a prerequisite for capture. Saving an item before background processing keeps capture responsive. Search excerpts and source-linked copied details help users move from a remembered fragment back to its context.

What we shipped

Stuff 1.0.1 is available on the App Store for macOS 26, iPadOS 26, and iOS 26 or later. The core workflow spans capture, search, sync, voice notes, templates, Copy, Graph, previews, and presentation.

Free includes one Space and up to 20 public-link reads per day. Pro adds unlimited Spaces and up to 200 public-link reads per day. Subscription options and local prices are shown in the app before purchase.
