Our inspiration of this project was to make easier the analisis of complex data which varies constantly.
The API is able to provide a study about the tickers the user wants to know, with detailed information of the past years, months or days (user's choice), also it has another functions like comparing two tickers, predicting its price with AI tools and even uploading the user's own ticker's data into the database for further analisataion.
We built our project almost entirely in Python, adjusting the frontend with HTML code.
Some challenges we ran into: we had to deal with new skills and a lot of errors that had us constantly revising and checking our code and archives putting it up in common
We're proud of acomplishments as being able to get together our proyect from scratch and making it work as we intended it to be.
We learned everything nearly from 0, from knowing how APIs in python work, to knowing how to develop publicly our API in render.
In the future, we tend to amplify the variety of operations we can offer our users and also, improve the accuracy of the prediction AI, by adding more specifics parameters.
