Every student knows the struggle: scattered notes, last-minute panic, and endless scrolling through videos just to understand one topic. We wanted to fix that. The idea behind StudySphere was simple —

One place where learning becomes organized, personalized, and less stressful.

We wished we had a platform like this earlier, so we built it for everyone who deserves a smarter study experience.

We built StudySphere on Base44 as our core development platform. Our stack included:

Frontend: Base44 UI components

AI: LLM-powered summarization + Q/A system

Storage: Secure cloud backend for user data

We sprinted through prototypes, tuned prompts, and optimized the workflow to feel smooth — even for first-time users.

🚧 Challenges we faced

Making summaries accurate yet concise — not just random text chunks

Handling different content types (lectures, PDFs, articles…)

UI/UX — students deserve comfort, not chaos

Limited time (and yes, caffeine also had a limit 😅)

Every issue solved felt like unlocking a new level.

Built a fully working platform in a short hackathon timeline 🎯

Learned to collaborate faster than ever as a team
