Inspiration

Students often struggle to manage their study tasks, maintain focus, and track their daily progress. We created StudyPilot to make studying more organized, simple, and productive.

What It Does

StudyPilot is a student productivity web application that helps users manage study tasks, track completed work, and stay focused using a 25-minute focus timer. It also includes voice input to make adding tasks easier in supported browsers.

How We Built It

We built StudyPilot using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js. HTML provides the structure, CSS creates a clean and responsive interface, JavaScript handles the interactive features, and Node.js runs the web server.

Challenges We Faced

One of our main challenges was bringing different productivity features together in a simple and user-friendly interface. We also worked on making the application responsive and ensuring that task management, the focus timer, and voice input work as expected.

What We Learned

While building StudyPilot, we learned how frontend technologies work together with a Node.js server. We also improved our understanding of JavaScript, user interface design, problem-solving, and building practical applications for real-world needs.

What's Next

In the future, we plan to add study reminders, personalized study plans, progress analytics, and AI-powered study assistance. We also aim to explore Amazon services to make the experience smarter and more accessible.

Conclusion

StudyPilot aims to help students build better study habits, stay organized, and achieve their learning goals one task at a time.
