Inspiration

We were inspired by the challenges students face in managing their study time, staying consistent, and preparing effectively for exams. Many students struggle to create a structured plan and track their progress. StudyPilot-AI was created to provide a simple, personalized study companion that helps students plan, practice, and improve their learning journey.

What it does

StudyPilot-AI creates personalized study plans based on each student’s subjects, exam date, available study time, and goals. It also provides quizzes, stores quiz history, analyzes performance, and tracks progress to help students study in a more structured and consistent way.

How we built it

We built StudyPilot-AI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend and Node.js with Express.js for the backend. We integrated an AI-based study planning workflow, connected the frontend with REST APIs, and used browser local storage for quiz history and progress tracking. The platform was designed with a simple, responsive, and student-friendly interface.

Challenges we ran into

We faced challenges in connecting the frontend with the backend, handling API integration, designing personalized study-plan logic, and maintaining quiz history and progress data. We also had to debug UI interactions and ensure that different features worked smoothly together.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of building a complete student-focused platform that combines personalized study planning, quizzes, performance analytics, and progress tracking in one place. We successfully connected the frontend and backend and created a simple, interactive, and user-friendly experience.
