Students often spend a lot of time searching for study materials and deciding what to study first. We wanted to create a simple AI study companion that helps students learn faster without making the learning process complicated.

What it does

StudyMate AI allows students to enter a subject or topic and generates:

Simple and easy-to-understand notes A personalized study plan Important concepts to remember Multiple-choice quiz questions Quick revision questions Difficulty-based learning suggestions How we built it

The project uses Google Gemini to understand the student's topic and generate personalized learning content. The application provides a simple interface where students enter their topic, select their preferred learning level, and receive AI-generated study materials.

Challenges we faced

One challenge was making the AI responses useful for students with different knowledge levels. We improved the prompts so that Gemini can provide beginner-friendly explanations while still including important technical concepts.

What we learned

We learned how generative AI can be used to solve practical educational problems. We also learned about prompt design, user-friendly interfaces, and building an application around an AI model.

Future Improvements

In the future, we plan to add progress tracking, voice-based learning, flashcards, personalized recommendations, and support for multiple languages.
