Inspiration

Students often struggle with long notes, difficult concepts, and lack of time before exams. We wanted to create an AI-powered platform that makes studying faster, easier, and smarter.

What it does

StudyMate AI helps students by:

• 📝 Summarizing notes and PDFs
• 🎯 Generating quizzes automatically
• 💡 Explaining difficult topics simply

How we built it

We built the project using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
For AI features, we integrated the Google Gemini API.
We also used PDF.js for reading PDFs and jsPDF for downloading summaries.

Challenges we ran into

• Integrating the Gemini API
• Extracting text from PDFs
• Managing long AI responses
• Creating a responsive UI design
