Inspiration

Students often struggle to manage notes, revise topics, and solve doubts quickly. We wanted to build something that makes studying easier, faster, and smarter with AI support.

What it does

StudyMate AI helps students generate notes, solve doubts instantly, create quizzes, and provide smart explanations. It acts like a personal AI tutor for daily learning.

How we built it

We built StudyMate AI using Flutter and Dart for the frontend, Firebase for backend support, and Gemini API for AI-powered responses. Android Studio and VS Code were used for development and testing.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was integrating AI smoothly and designing a simple interface for students. Managing app performance and response accuracy was also challenging.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully created a working AI-based study assistant that can improve students’ learning experience and save their time.

What we learned

We learned Flutter app development, API integration, Firebase basics, and how AI can be applied in education technology.

What's next for StudyMate AI

In the future, we plan to add voice assistant support, personalized study plans, progress tracking, and multi-language support for students.
