StudyHub: Your Smart Study Hub The modern student's life is scattered. Class notes are in one app, homework is in another, deadlines are on a physical calendar, and the study timer is on their phone—a constant invitation for distraction. This disorganization creates stress, wastes time, and adds unnecessary mental strain, forcing students to manage their apps instead of managing their studies. StudyHub was built to solve this exact problem. For the HackPad challenge, we built StudyHub, an "all-in-one" web platform that brings together all the essential tools for academic success. Our project isn't just a single tool; it's a complete system that works perfectly on a desktop for long study sessions or on a phone for quick checks between classes. StudyHub includes 12 tools that cover the entire student workflow: Organization: A To-Do List, Daily Goals, Habit Tracker, and an Event Calendar for exams and deadlines. Active Study: A Flashcard module for memorization, a Notepad, and a Table & Chart Creator to organize and visualize data. Focus & Utility: An integrated Pomodoro Timer, Focus Music, a Grade Calculator, and a Quick Links repository. The true value of StudyHub isn't just the number of tools, but how they work together. In the real world, a student loses focus every time they have to jump between apps—from their phone's timer to their laptop's to-do list, then to a calendar in another tab. Every switch breaks their concentration. StudyHub eliminates this problem. By providing a single "control panel" where the exam calendar sits next to the to-do list and the notepad, the student saves mental energy and stays focused on what truly matters: learning. To make this possible, the core technology of StudyHub is Firebase. We use Google Authentication to give every user their own secure account. Then, Firestore acts as our cloud database, saving all their information—tasks, notes, events, and links—in real-time. This ensures a student's data is always safe and perfectly synced, no matter which device they are using. The interface was built with Tailwind CSS for a clean and adaptive design, and we integrated the Chart.js library for data visualization. StudyHub is, therefore, more than just a collection of utilities; it's a personal assistant designed to organize the chaos of student life and bring the focus back to learning.
