Inspiration

We wanted to create a simple tool that helps students manage multiple subjects, deadlines, and study tasks without feeling overwhelmed.

What it does

StudyFlow AI creates personalized study plans based on a student’s subjects, deadlines, available time, and progress. It can also adjust the plan when tasks are completed or delayed.

How we built it

We built StudyFlow AI using Google Cloud and Gemini, with AI agents handling planning, prioritization, and progress tracking. The agents work together to generate and update the study plan.

Challenges we ran into

Our main challenge was designing a simple workflow where different agents could work together effectively while keeping the system easy to use.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We created a working concept that demonstrates how multiple AI agents can collaborate to solve a common student problem.

What we learned

We learned how agentic AI can be used to break a larger task into smaller responsibilities and how cloud services can support AI-powered applications.

What's next for StudyFlow AI

We plan to add better progress tracking, smarter schedule adjustments, reminders, and more personalized recommendations for students.
