Inspiration

Studying can be overwhelming with multiple apps, scattered notes, and long videos. We wanted to create a single platform that combines productivity, AI assistance, and interactive learning tools to help students organize, learn, and visualize concepts efficiently.

What it does StudyBuddy is a student-focused learning web app that helps users: 📅 Schedule tasks and track deadlines with an interactive calendar 📝 Write and save notes in a rich text editor 🎥 Summarize videos into key points (AI-powered placeholder) 📊 Create flowcharts to visualize ideas and workflows 🤖 Chat with an AI assistant for guidance and questions about study materials

How we built it Frontend: React + TailwindCSS for responsive and modern UI Routing & State Management: React Router DOM, local state for calendar/notes Interactive Libraries: React Calendar for scheduling, React Flow for flowcharts AI Features: Placeholder endpoints for summarizing videos and AI assistant chatbot Hosting: Vercel, with GitHub for version control and project tracking
