Inspiration- All of us spend a lot of time browsing internet to look for answers to our doubts while studying. There is a serious need of a service that provide answers to our doubts according to the syllabus of that course accurately and efficiently.
What it does- It provide answers relevant to the particular course for the input questions. The idea is to train the bot by teachers or by the people who have already completed the course to provide best assistance to the students.
How we built it- We built the programs with the help of chatterbot library in Python and deployed it to a web application using flask.
Challenges we ran into- Since, this is our first hackathon and we are freshers, we didn't have enough knowledge about python libraries, web development etc. We faced quite a challenge in studying these tools and then using them to complete the project.
Accomplishments that we're proud of- We successfully understood various tools related to our project and successfully used them to implement our idea.
What we learned- It was our first hackathon, we learned how to manage time, work as a team and to complete a project with proper coordination.
What's next for studyBOT- We aim to make studyBOT more accurate ad user-friendly.
