Inspiration
Our dev team was heavily inspired by the needs of the youth, having experience the stressful GCSE exam season just one year prior. This gave us the desire to design a modern platform tailored to those studying STEM subjects at GCSE.
What it does
This system encapsulates the key features of selected subjects into bite-sized, easily digestible revision sources. The user can select from a range of revision techniques based on the preferences such as flashcards and blurting.
How we built it
We employed numerous advanced code generation tools in order to enhance our code base. This involved the likes of the code editor Visual Studio paired with antigravity for seamless integration into our codebase.
Challenges we ran into
Our development team ran into several hurdles which thanks to our perseverance was overcome within the allocated timeframe. A notable example was the integration of Gemini into our Tutor help mode feature which we resolved due to the diligent efforts by each of our team members.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of all the features however our most prized element was the sketch board which allows the user to draw at their own will, assisting in memory recall and creativity.
What we learned
We are thankful for the opportunity to participate in a hackathon and develop fast paced coding skills to ship a completed product for real users alongside collaborating with peers for greater productivity.
