Creativity: How original is the idea? Is the project something that is commonly done before, or is it a new idea? (This can be for the idea itself or how the problem was approached.) Our idea of a Smart Study Advisor is original. Instead of just writing down assignments, it organizes tasks by priority, difficulty, and time and presents them in an interactive, engaging way. While task trackers exist, our creative approach and fun, visually appealing design make it stand out from other study apps. Impact: Is the impact of the project explained? The impact of our project is to assist people who want or need help managing their workload, leading to faster completion. Our project is created to help people efficiently and in a more organized way. Presentation: How organized, innovative, and engaging are the video and description? The presentation is well-organized and engaging. The video clearly shows how users can add tasks, see their suggested study plan, and switch themes, so they immediately understand the app. Overall, it makes the project innovative, approachable, and fun to use, keeping viewers hooked from start to finish. Functionality: What is the current state of the project? Is it usable as it is right now? How good is the navigation? Our project is already usable, and we even plan on using it for school work, though it is not fully developed into an official app and the navigation is simple and easy to understand. UI/UX: Is the app accessible and intuitive to use? The app is intuitive and easy to use, with clear inputs, interactive task boxes, and organized suggested plans. Technical Difficulty: Is the project technically interesting or difficult? Were there real technical challenges to overcome? Creating our code was really difficult, as there were lots of small errors which took lots of patience and time to resolve. There was one big error where we couldn’t move one of the text boxes to the right spot due to our long code.
