Inspiration

I realized that even though I see lots of useful tips on social media every day, I rarely take action on them. I wanted a simple way to collect and manage tips I genuinely want to try.

What it does

You paste a URL of a tip you want to try, set a deadline, and it’s automatically added to your dashboard as a visualized tip list. You can also manage statuses and track your progress.

How we built it

I built this app by collaborating with ChatGPT and using Bolt, a no-code platform. I’m not an engineer, so I started by learning what a database even is—and gradually shaped the app from there.

Challenges we ran into

Understanding how data flows and connects in a web app was tough. Structuring prompts for GPT to behave as I intended also took several iterations.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Despite not being a developer, I managed to implement a safe login system and build an app with full tip tracking functionality—all on my own.

What we learned

Clear and structured prompts make all the difference when working with AI tools like ChatGPT. I also gained a solid understanding of basic backend concepts like databases and user authentication.
