Driven by the challenges faced by international students in finding trustworthy and reliable accommodation, Students' Accomodation aims to create a safe and transparent platform for their housing needs.

## What it does:

• Connects international students with verified landlords and properties: Utilizes student email verification and computer vision models to ensure authenticity and accurately compare advertised amenities to reality.
• Provides valuable location insights: Integrates crime data from government websites to inform students about neighborhood safety.
• Offers financial transparency: Requires landlords to upload utility bills for clear cost understanding. Generates revenue through advertising and partnerships: Ad revenue and collaboration with property management companies support platform sustainability.
