Inspiration

Student Vue is a platform used by students to check their grades, schedules, and other important information. However, it can be tedious for students to constantly log in and check for updates. To address this problem, we are creating a more efficient version of Student Vue to automate the process of keeping track of important information.

What it does

Our new platform will be integrated with personalized attendance and will automatically update the student's schedule, assignments, and grades. Students will be able to receive real-time notifications for upcoming due dates, exams, and schedule changes thanks to Twilio. This will save time and effort, allowing students to focus on their studies instead of constantly checking the platform for updates.

Additionally, our platform will provide a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easier for students to navigate and access their information. The platform will also have a feature to set goals and track progress, helping students stay on track and motivated.

We believe that our platform will revolutionize the way students' access and manage their information, making their lives easier and more efficient. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and streamlined solution for students, allowing them to focus on their education and reach their full potential. How we built it

We built it by using HTML and CSS as our frontend and we used JavaScript and node.js as our backend. We also used Twilio to help with sending notifications.

Challenges

We ran into many challenges, such as with time. Additionally we had trouble with choosing an idea. For example, our first idea was too complicated and our second need too much time. We also had challenges implementing API and using them properly.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We got attendance and grade statistics of a student in BSD.

What we learned

APIs need better documentation, and we should read more document.

What's next for StudentHQ

We wish to create a better and comprehensive analysis of grades and attendance.
