Inspiration

The StudentCircle team wanted to address the challenge students face when presented with a long list of club activities with no way to know if a club is right for them.

What it does

StudentCircle addresses this issue by providing a platform for students to leave advice, ratings, and comments about their experience.

How we built it

Our team used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to deploy our project.

Challenges we ran into

As beginners challenging our first hackathon, all team members had to develop new coding and design skills. We coded in languages we've never used before and navigated new programs like Figma.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud to say we have a finished product. Our team's goal at the start of the weekend was to create a project from start to finish.

What we learned

We learned how to code through workshops, mentors, and online resources. Our team implemented new knowledge on HTML, CSS, JS, React, Git, Figma, and Github.
