Inspiration

we were inspired by the budgeting skills that many college students lack.

What it does

We made an app to track your monthly bills and subscriptions as well as other impulse buys.

How we built it

We used React-Native to make a multiplatform mobile app where you can seamlessly put all of your expenses. We used Javascript to code our app and firebase for our backend

Challenges we ran into

We were all new to React-Native and we all needed to figure out how to use this new technology. Also working collaboratively

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to make a fully functional app that achieved our primary goals

What we learned

We learned how to work together quickly and how to make mobile apps using React-Native that is able to connect to a database. We learned to use Expo Go with React to make multiplatform apps

What's next for Struggle Finance

If we continue to work on this app, then we can add more features that are in our backlog. Make out app stand out more compared to others in this space.
