Inspiration

I met my first love when I was 10. Elegant and powerful, balanced and reliable: Babolat Pure Aero, my first tennis racket. Nevertheless, finding a coach has always been a headache: costs are high, my schedule is unpredictable, and some places just lack qualified professionals. But with our app, these things are no longer obstacles for passionate tennis players: AI coaching app will let people do what they love anywhere, anytime.

What it does

Analyze the video of a user's tennis posture and provide a guide for calibration. It provides an environment where users can practice posing in tennis alone.

How we built it

Directly compare the guided video of the correct posture with the video of the user's posture. And the artificial intelligence coaching system analyzes users' wrong poses and teaches them the right positions.

Challenges we ran into

Technology that can accurately analyze pose when two images with different time, angle, and motion overlap and compare.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We planned a business model that would enable us to continue to operate our services. We can make profits in the following ways: Operation of shopping malls for tennis supplies, paid subscriptions to high-level images, guidance to nearby tennis facilities, introduction and advertising of actual tennis coaches, etc.

What's next for StrokePro

Our technology can be expanded to usage in various fields: applications we have in mind are golf, bowling, and dance. We want to create a bundle of coaching apps for passionate hobbyists, letting people from all around the world become better at what they love.
