It is very easy to run with bad form, most commonly with a heel or front-foot strike. This can lead to frustrating injuries, such as knee pain and shin splints. Our device will integrate Arduino sensors and the Blynk platform to measure in real-time which part of your foot strikes the ground first. It will then export this data to the cloud so that runners can access their real-time data on the Blynk mobile app and adjust their running form. Enjoy!
