People experience stress every day, but do not know where their body is holding tension. We were inspired to create a tool that helps people become more aware of how stress physically affects their bodies.
What it does
Stress Sense is a wellness tool that detects and visualizes where stress is building in the body and how best to combat it. By recommending stretches or exercises to help relieve the stress in the body. Using physiological signals such as heart rate, breathing patterns, posture, and muscle tension, the app generates a real-time body map that shows areas of stress. Stress Sense helps users recognize stress early and develop healthier stress-management habits.
