Problem: Currently there is no service that uses Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence to predict future commercial markets in specific areas.
Solution: Platform that helps predict which businesses and stores would be best suited for a particular area
Problem: Construction costs increase a lot due to mistakes that are made during the building process. Through these mistakes, build time is longer and more cost is needed for developing projects.
Solution: Collaboration platform that incentivizes builders to contribute open plans, and rewards them with our own currency (Construction Coin) on Ethereum.
