Inspiration

Period stigma and lack of knowledge regarding menstrual health & hygiene , ignorance and lack of information regarding diseases like PCOS , breast cancer prove to be hugely detrimental for girls and women all over the world.

What it does

It consists of a blog page which helps acquaint its readers on topics related to Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) , Breast cancer thus educating them . other than that , some of the blogs introduce readers to famous female doctors in history who fought misogyny and revolutionized and redefined medicine.

It consists of a streamlit predictor app which helps in PCOS detection , Breast Cancer detection , detection of cancerous lesions from x-ray and prediction of heart disease .Health is often neglected by many of us due to our hectic work-life . My website helps you pay close attention to your health while proving to be a good diagnosis tool for diseases.

How we built it

The website is built using HTML , CSS ( Materialize) , Javascript . The app is built using python and streamlit and is deployed on streamlit cloud. Usage of opencv for image recognition and usage of keras , tensorflow and other frameworks . Various machine learning algorithms like KNN , Decision tree , random forest , etc were explored.
