What it does

   The strong customer relationship is essential for long-term success. Our Sales and CRM promotes seamless collaboration among the sales team. It enables to engage with customers in a personalized and timely manner. We can supercharge the sales process, building lasting customer relationships and drive business growth. It unlocks the true potential of our sales team to access comprehensive customer profiles, track interactions and leverage automation to nurture leads and drive customer loyalty.

How we built it

  On the Coda AI platform, we have created the template (AI at work Challenge) and build the structures, tables according to our requirements. We have prepared the template with the public access and package that template. We made slight changes on the Coda Pack manifest that includes name, description etc., Then, we published our template to Coda Gallery.

Challenges we ran into

  We took the time to learn the coda AI platform and build this template. We haven't faced any big challenges to build the template on the Coda Ai platform.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  Now, we have the new tool (Sales and CRM) template to align our sales process with the business operations that helps to accomplish the various tasks in our organization from lead qualification to closing the deal. It is one of the important tool for the business success in our company.

What we learned

  I have learned the Coda AI doc creation and the other features on the platform. This will be useful to debug any issues on the template in the future.

What's next for Sales and CRM using Coda AI

  We will use Sales and CRM template for our business operations and test the efficiency in our business success. We will release the new version of this tool based on the requirements and usage in our business.
