StreamDine is the latest step in the evolution of restaurants and dining. While most industries have readily incorporated technology into their everyday routines, the restaurant industry has strangely lagged behind. Waitresses still write down party sizes and orders with pen and paper, while chefs still hang up receipts in the kitchen to keep track of orders. These are just two commonplace processes that are in desperate need of streamlining. Our product, StreamDine, tackles these issues by creating an exceedingly simple, yet substantially powerful, user interface that customers use to browse a restaurant’s meals and record their decisions. Upon being recorded, the order is sent instantly to the chefs who themselves also receive a useful tool to keep track of all incoming orders. It’s simple, fast, and easy for everyone involved.
