Inspiration
We saw countless stray animals suffering without help and wanted to create a tech-based system that makes rescue easy, real-time, and community-driven.
What it does
Stray Kind lets users report stray animals using photos, videos, and location. It connects with volunteers, shelters, and transporters to coordinate fast rescues and care.
How we built it
We used no-code/low-code tools to quickly prototype the platform under Vibe Coding, focusing on simplicity, multilingual support, and mobile accessibility.
Challenges we ran into
Coordinating real-time workflows, mapping shelter availability, and designing for low-network areas were key technical and UX challenges.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Built a working V0 platform, defined clear roles (Stray Saver, Squad, Friend, Hub), and created a full rescue flow powered by community compassion.
What we learned
Tech can bring powerful change when empathy leads. Even V0 builds can solve real problems when designed with purpose and clarity.
What's next for Stray Kind- Rescuing With Love
We aim to expand to full-stack, add AI verification, blockchain donations, real-time GPS tracking, and launch across cities in India.
