Inspiration

Spending days piecing together competitor intel from news, websites, and hiring data felt inefficient. I knew AI could do it faster—and better. Startups and mid-sized firms often lack deep strategy teams. I built STRATOS.AI to give them the same edge as Fortune 500s—without the overhead.

What it does

The MVP (Module 1 only developed) delivers:

1- Instant Competitor Intelligence – Instantly profile six competitors, including their strengths, weaknesses, recent strategic moves, and threat scores. 2- Real-Time Strategy Shift Detection – With a single click, the app identifies strategy shifts for each competitor, specifying the type of shift (e.g., Pricing, Product, Expansion, Partnership), the AI confidence score, and the potential impact on your company (High, Medium, or Low). These insights are generated by analyzing each competitor’s digital footprint. 3- Actionable Visibility – Enjoy streamlined pages for Competitor Analysis and Strategic Shifts, along with a comprehensive dashboard that summarizes all alerts and key metrics at a glance.

How we built it

I built the app using Bolt.NEW and relied on OpenAI to generate an effective prompt and clear instructions for Bolt.

Challenges we ran into

I encountered some challenges while addressing cosmetic issues on the user interfaces and integrating Google SSO. The Supabase authentication, particularly the login and logout functions, caused problems—logout would spin indefinitely. However, with the help of Deepseek, I was able to resolve these issues.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I built this fully functional app in just 20 hours.

What we learned

I realized that I need to leverage an LLM model like OpenAI to help me create an effective prompt and wireframe for Bolt.

What's next for STRATOS.AI

At present, the app supports only a single user, but I plan to make it multi-tenant and introduce new modules and features. Upcoming enhancements will include continuous monitoring of competitor websites for strategic shifts, strategy shift alerts with notifications, comparative capability analysis, a user feedback loop to improve AI accuracy, strategic recommendations for your company—such as launching new products or acquiring competitors—and integration with Google Sheets and CSV files for exporting competitor analysis data.
