🎯 Inspiration We wanted to reimagine bedtime stories by combining the magic of storytelling with the power of AI. As screen time continues to rise, we asked:

What if we could deliver personalized, engaging stories without needing a screen at all?

That question sparked the birth of Storytime — an AI-powered storyteller that brings kids' imaginations to life through voice-generated, customized tales.

🤖 What it does Storytime lets parents generate personalized audio stories for their children by simply filling out a short profile (name, age, personality traits). The platform then uses AI to create a unique story and narrate it through a custom voice using text-to-speech (TTS). No screens. Just play and listen.

🛠 How I built it We built Storytime during the Build Club Hackathon using:

⚡️ Supabase to store user profiles and preferences

🧱 React + Tailwind CSS for a responsive, clean UI

💬 Prompt engineering for dynamically generating story content

🎧 Audio playback for a seamless storytelling experience
