What it does
Can collaboratively create sentences using !story and !storyFill commands on twitch.tv
How I built it
Using a IRC client in Java to connect to twitch.tv and creating an algorithm for the stories
Challenges I ran into
String manipulation to get the stories to replace and store submittions from users.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Actually creating a working copy on time!
What I learned
I learning rapid prototyping is really useful and fun to test out an idea even though it might sound silly at first.
What's next for StoryBot for Twitch.tv
We're going to add more stories and add new commands for users to modify the stories later on!
