Inspiration

Growing up I didn't see many books where the main characters looked like me - or books which covered my interests (pro wrestling and building computers)

Children who don't read, don't read because the stories aren't relevant to their lives.

Our goal is to create engaging stories that are relevant to the children lives and goals

What it does

Create storybooks for any subject with the ability to dial up and down complexity of the vocabulary and detail level of the subjects.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

The stories were so interesting we spent a lot of time playing with subjects. Getting consistent output fro the LLMs for parsing

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a story about Vietnam War refugees families that relocated to the US in 1975 that I would have loved to read as a child.

What we learned

Stories are where our world models are created.

Publishing a book about refugees.
