Stop Telemarketer Robocalls

I will create a DDOS (distributed denial of service) software program that will attack servers originating telemarketer robocalls. This program called STR (“Stop Telemarketer Robocalls”) can be used by the government or its authorized agent to prevent robocalls from originating from, for example, a list of servers known to provide, for example, origination for IP telephony calls from telemarketers' robocall systems.
