Inspiration

The inspiration was to gain deep understanding regarding inner workings of equity markets, by analyzing the real-time communication between National Bank and three different exchanges is to encourage creativity and innovation in the visualization of this data, and to provide an opportunity for students to gain valuable experience with real-world data.

What it does

The website provides an analysis of data through for stock data generated for three exchanges using NBF as a bank.

How we built it

TechStack : ReactJs, Tableau, MaterialUI

Challenges we ran into

We face major challenge in anomaly detection of the data. We used different approaches like using ML algorithms, Statistical analysis methods but we were not getting accurate results. Another challenge was to integrate tableau animated visualization with web app but we overcome it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we were able to complete the whole challenge in the given time and trying to also gain bonus points. We learnt new software like Tableau as well as the integration with Web App.

What we learned

We learnt how we can get insights for stock data and animated visualization was the best part which we felt good that we learnt in this 2 days.

What's next for STOCKVIZ

Anomaly detection would be the our first prior goal and after that if we get more data we will deploy Machine Learning models for predicting that for particular stock when should a buyer should buy or seller should sell.
