Inspiration

Learning about all the successful people in the world everyone has one thing in common, what they own, their equity. If they did it, anyone can do it because everyone has the opportunity. Lack of knowledge will not be what stops us from becoming successful and taking risks.

What it does

Connects with real time data for the best performing stocks in each sector, it will tell you the current price and the previous price as well, it will display the change in percentage, and the actual change in price. Calculating the prediction, market trends it will tell you whether it is better to sell or buy in that stock. In order to help people practice investing we included a practice portfolio to track how much money is going in and out.

How we built it

We first watched videos in order to learn how to import current data for these different stocks into our code

Challenges we ran into

The API that we used were not connecting to the server

Accomplishments that we're proud of

After completing the connection for real time data for each stock we were able to accomplish creating a model of the stocks

We learned how to connect real time data stocks with previous prices

What's next for Stocks and Portfolio

We want to be able to help those who are afraid or hesitate to get into the world of investing. As stated before, many people hold back because of the risk involved, however we want to eliminate as much risk as possible and grow the economy.
