Inspiration
My inspiration is the stock market. The stock market has reached historical highs. I have been investing in stocks since I was 14 years old. It seems as if a wonderful application of AI would be to develop an AI assistant that helps selects winning stocks.
What it does
The AI assistant will scour news boards, Reddit, Yahoo Finance, and Google Finance and analyze market sentiment and provide a list of stocks that are likey to advance in the next session.
How we built it
We will use MCP to interface to Yahoo Finance, Google Finance, and anything else required and then ask the assistant to develop a list of stock recommendations, both up and down (long and short).
Challenges we ran into
MCP Interface, getting good information, trusting the results, the list is endless.

What's next for Stock Selector
Enable functionality that will allow Stock Selector to trade independently within certain guidelines.
