Stocks are a great way to grow wealth, but navigating the stock market can be daunting for beginners and time-consuming for experienced investors. We wanted to create a solution that simplifies stock analysis and empowers users with actionable insights powered by AI.

What it does

Stocky.AI is an intelligent stock analysis platform that leverages AI to provide real-time insights, personalized recommendations, and advanced analytics. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned investor, Stocky.AI helps you make informed investment decisions by aggregating news, analyzing trends, and offering actionable strategies tailored to your preferences.

How we built it

We built Stocky.AI using a combination of:

Data Scraping: We used Yahoo Finance to gather stock data.
Data Analysis: Leveraged the Finnhub API for real-time stock market data, news, and analytics.
AI/ML Models: Built predictive models using TensorFlow and scikit-learn to identify patterns and trends in stock performance for the stock predictor and stock recommender.
Frontend: Dynamic CSS, HTML, and JavaScript for a seamless and interactive user experience. Flask was used to connect the frontend to the backend.
