Inspiration

On a bigger level, I believe that Canvas > Chatbox. What you write in AI chat, gets lost forever almost immediately. That's not cool for business -- I have to repeat same ideas to my AI agents, and I get a bit tired of it.

Plus, after a few vibe-coding months, I have tons of things - supabase edge functions, n8n workflows, github repos, netlify deploys, etc etc etc. I need one place for my business where I could store these things and connect them into customer journeys.

So I started to create that thing in Miro, and I understood that if I group my vibe-coded assets by what they do, they start to remind the Business model canvas, a great concept from Alex Osterwalder.

But business model canvas is just a static piece of paper. What will happen if we connect it to AI?

That's how this story has started.

What it does

Sorry, it's just about an hour till the deadline, and I am still coding, plus I have to record the video, haha.

But in short - Stitch is a mega-powerful backend behind a simple canvas. It can connect anything with everything (if it's digital). If you get your leads from cold outreach, you can use Stitch short links to track conversions, which will redirect your users to your event registration forms, landing pages, whatever. You can connect Stitch to automations like n8n, so if someone registers to your event, it fires n8n automation. Or you can build an automation inside Stitch, because it can code. Or you can connect stitch to Kiro MCP and it will give instructions to Kiro how to stitch Stitch. Anyway, Stitch is this one visualization and orchestration layer where you can store your source of truth, and watch how your business works.

Challenges we ran into

Backend is hard to visualize. Currently, the backend of Stitch is more powerful than its frontend, but we will improve it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I've never thought it's possible. Plus, I think it's a genuinely new idea. I haven't seen it anywhere.
