Inspiration

I was inspired by the growing popularity of digital communication and the desire for people to express themselves creatively. I saw the potential for stickers to enhance communication and add a personal touch to messages, but I also noticed the limitations of existing sticker options. Often, finding the perfect sticker meant sifting through countless pre-made options that didn't always capture the specific emotion or situation.

What it does

Based on the prompts given in the inputs, Sticky-rock will generate awesome stickers for events and general use. One can customize stickers based on their choice and make some feel special with cool stickers that express their emotions.

How we built it

Sticky-Rock was built using AWS partyrock. This allowed me to create a user-friendly interface where users could easily input their desired characteristics for a sticker, including character, mood, scene, and event. I then utilized partyrock supported stable diffusion xl model, to generate unique and relevant stickers based on the user's input.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges I faced was ensuring the accuracy and creativity of the generated stickers. I had to strike a balance between generating stickers that were faithful to the user's input and also offering a surprising and delightful element.

Secondly, due to stable diffusion xl limitation I was not able to cut out stickers in shapes. Stickers usually have die-cut edges to make edges prominent. I tried multiple prompts to achieve this, here are a few

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of developing an app that empowers users to express themselves in a unique and personalized way. I hope that this app will receive positive feedback from users who appreciate the app's ability to generate stickers that perfectly capture their intended message and add a touch of fun to their communication. I'm also proud of the creativity stable diffusion XL model, which continues to learn and improve with each interaction.
