Inspiration
Online learning can feel tough and hard to self motivate. Steppe the Slime is a desktop buddy that not only keeps you focused on your work but pays attention to your mental wellbeing as well.
What it does
He can tell when you are learning, and will send messages to get you back on track if you get distracted. He can also tell you jokes and fun facts. After 20 minutes, he will remind you to take a break, get a glass of water and recompose yourself before you continue with your learning.
How I built it
Steppe the Slime was built using python. He was compiled into a EXE file and can be run on any windows based machine. We have also created a demo video of Steppe the Slime in action. Also we have an official website for our slime created using AWS Servers. We have also created a website and hosted by AWS:

What's next for Steppe - Desktop Buddy
Steppe is not the online Desktop Buddy. On our website we have new and improved desktop buddy's that are soon to be released!
