The project is a choose your own adventure style game where the player is in a bunker post nuclear fallout. At the end of the game the HR team votes on if the player should be killed or not.
Choose your own adventure games + cards against humanity style humour
The game gives you different situations and you pick what course of action you would like to take. Some of these situations involve members of the HR team. Based on what option the player picks, they can persuade the HR member to die/leave HR. At the end of the game the HR team attempts to vote that the player should be killed. However, if the player has gotten rid of the majority of the HR team then the vote cannot take place and the player survives.
Project was built in replit using python and guizero
Found challenges using variables between different functions. This could have been fixed by using classes but I only found out they exist a couple of hours before submission. Graphics are also pathetic although that wasn't exactly a challenge, more an L I was willing to take.
I like the story of the game and the fact that I've actually got a working gui as I've never used one before.
Learned how to use a gui, how to use replit, how to use classes although they are not a part of the final project.
