Inspiration

An interactive photo gallery was the inspiration for the visuals of this website.

What it does

When you hover over the different stem careers, it reveals the statistics for percent of women in that career.

How we built it

Used replit for the code and searched W3 on how to include certain features.

Challenges we ran into

It was hard figuring out a feature for revealing the stats since many of the options were quite hard to implement. Ultimately, I chose to do a dropdown.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm happy about the visuals and aesthetic of my website.

What we learned

I learned how to make sure to give classes to my variables to make the process much easier.

What's next for Stem Stats

I would definitely want to add more STEM careers.
