STEM Quest is an app for high school students that facilitates their transition to college and beyond by offering engaging STEM lessons, career profiles, and hands-on projects.

STEMQuest is an innovative app designed to guide high school students through their transition to college and beyond. The app offers engaging lessons on essential STEM concepts, profiles of diverse STEM-related careers, and hands-on projects that equip students with real-world skills. By combining interactive learning with practical experiences, STEMQuest empowers students to explore their interests, discover potential career paths, and prepare effectively for future challenges in the dynamic fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

I have drawn inspiration from my work with Let's Talk Science, a science nonprofit providing STEM resources to educators for classroom delivery for Kindergarten - grade 12 students, advocating for early STEM education.

This was built using Figma for designs, wireframes, and prototype.

One challenge I ran into in making this was the need for a second opinion. I was hoping to partner with other designers and developers alike to bounce ideas off each other. There are always great ideas when there are diverse opinions in a room. Nevertheless, it was a great learning experience working solo

STEM Quest will be undergoing further iterations as we go along to build off on the idea and continually iterate on how it can be a teaching tool and a one-stop shop for students.
